How to Order

We have a qualified, dedicated sales team waiting to take your order by telephone, fax or e mail whether you wish to discuss the purchase of one of our design schemes or simply to purchase products. As orders often require additional input from ourselves, we recommend that you telephone in the first instance. We are currently working on shopping on line and hope to launch this later in the year.

Technical Advice

You may have already discovered that our website allows the printing of our full technical sheets for each product. If you require any additional information, all of our sales team are fully knowledgeable on all aspects of our products and requirements for each eg transformers, lamp types, dimmer loadings and wirings. Please call if you need additional technical help.

Collection and Delivery

We do carry very large stocks of our most popular products and provided we receive an order before 12 noon, it will be dispatched the next day for delivery the following day. Where one of our designs is being purchased, we usually require a lead time of 2-3 weeks to compile the whole order. All products will be collated on a circuit by circuit, room by room basis to assist with installation and checking.

We have a collection counter at our warehouse. If you wish to collect, please call in advance with your requirements to avoid waiting during busy times.

Installation

JCL does not employ electricians directly to install your lighting scheme. If you require an electrician, local government websites can often recommend NICEIC qualified electricians (www.niceic.org.uk) in your area, or recommendations from friends and family can be helpful. We can also supply a list of electricians which we can recommend for certain areas.
